Forget-Me-Not Pouch
This month’s X Stitch Challenge crochet pattern is a life saver for the busy morning rush. How many times have you walked out the door forgetting keys, wallet or other necessities – out of sight, out of mind? The Forget-Me-Not Pouch solves that problem! Simply hang it on your door placing your items inside the convenient pocket, and as you walk out the door, just grab and go!
I designed this pattern using the modified X stitch but you can use the traditional one if you prefer. The pocket is offered in two styles an X Stitch design and a hound’s tooth pattern that has fewer holes to keep smaller things inside! I used a worsted weight cotton but it would work well in an acrylic too. And, don’t limit their use to the doorknob, these are great in cars, bathrooms, bedrooms and craft rooms to keep clutter in check.
I hope you enjoy making this quick project and will share your finished pictures on my Facebook page and the SHOW IT OFF link party.
