See the collection of FREE patterns using the X Stitch
You may remember that last year I took on the challenge of taking one hat and modifying it for a different look each month — it was known as the Chameleon Challenge. Many of you have written to ask if I will do it again in 2015, well the answer is YES, but with a twist! In 2015 I will pick one stitch and each month produce an item using that same stitch or a variation of that stitch.
So what’s the stitch I chose you ask? Why the X Stitch of course! This is one of my favorite stitches because it looks good in combination with other stitches as well as on its own. I also like that there are lots of modifications you can make with this stitch that give it a completely different look and I think it is somewhat under-utilized.
