Today’s Guest Designer is Jennifer Pionk of A Crocheted Simplicity!
Visit her on Facebook or Instagram to see her latest shares!
Jennifer says,
I have many fond memories from when I was a young girl. I used to spend my days sitting next to my mom as she sewed new dresses for us both, for the holidays. I didn’t have a baby sister until I was almost 10 years old, so she used to make matching dresses for herself and I. This is what lead me to design a crochet poncho in both kid and adult sizes for the blog hop.
Wasilla Poncho
Jennifer is sharing her new Wasilla Poncho with us today, don’t you just love it? The colors are so rich and cozy and the repeating stitch pattern is soothing. Any woman would love this poncho.
Jennifer used LB Mandala, which is a #3 weight acrylic yarn, that comes in a wide range of beautiful colors and large 590 yard balls! All of that striping is courtesy of the yarn so this is a project that is relaxing and fun to make too! I hope you give this project a try and don’t forget to post your pictures on social media with the #CelebrateMomBlogHop!

Thank you for such a fantastic giveaway!
Just wanted to let you know that I have been trying to pin through Rafflecopter but it keep saying “invalid parameters”. I’ll keep trying a little later.
Yes, some have reported that but others have not had an issue. I’d suggest trying a different browser to see if you have better luck.
O,k I am wondering what is going on with your site. I am somewhat confused. I get my email saying I can get a free pattern. I have checked your site to the best of my ability. There is no complete pattern. If this correct I would say that your site is deceptive. Where is the FREE PATTERN?
The free patterns that are designed by me are all on my site, written in full, for example Day 1 of the blog hop is my Julia Cardi Sweater and can be found HERE. The free patterns by my guest designers are identified on my site (it is a new designer each day) and there is a link to THEIR pattern clearly identified on my site (highlighted in pink under the photo). Perhaps you are confusing free patterns with free PDF downloads? If you prefer ad-free downloadable PDFs, I offer those on Ravelry for a small fee as do many of my fellow designers. There is no intent to deceive; everything I say is free, is intended to be offered for free. If you find that I’ve stated something is free and it is not, I will make good on that promise, just let me know where I’ve made the misstatement so I can correct it. Thanks.
