Crochet Finds 1-26-15

This week’s Crochet Finds were a combination of several hats, a pretty scarf, sweet blanket, toasty slippers and super elegant top. I am constantly amazed by the talent and creativity we see expressed through the many projects being released daily!

This week Kim Guzman thrilled us with two new and exciting patterns.

The Marily Top! I love this blue tank top, the neckline is so feminine with its gentle curve and the lacy look is purely feminine, it truly lives up to its name.

The Rippling waves cowl is gorgeous too. It is Tunisian crochet and it has that chunky luxurious look without being too bulky.  Love it.

Thomasina Cummings gave us this darling, sweet baby blanket with pretty soft colors and a swan motif. The bobbles are perfect for textural stimulation for baby too.

Charmed By Ewe is keeping our toes warm with these super cute Celtic Dream Slippers. I’m a big fan of this celtic weave stitch and I love her use of it in the cuff.

Then we had several great headgear additions….

The Hooked Haberdasher gave us this super elegant Stella Slouchy hat, with a pretty textured stitch and her choice of yarn gives it even more interest. I love the throw-back tassel in lieu of a pom!

A Crocheted Simplicity does it again with her knit look-a-like crochet in this pretty Purl Illusions hat. How does she do that — they really look like purls!

Jessie At Home mesmerized us with the Delia Hat. Look at that fabulous radiating star at the crown!

Won’t you “Bee” Mine? This adorable headband is by The Stitchin’ Mommy and I’m sure will make many little girls happy (maybe a few big girls too as I’m planning on making myself one!)
