Introducing the Summer Fun Sundress! Keep your fingers crossed, but it seems like Spring has finally sprung in the US northeast and that means that Summer is right behind (we hope), so it’s time to start crocheting with lighter colors and yarns.

Or, maybe you prefer it in cooler nautical colors?
No matter what colors you choose, this dress has lots of detail in the bodice, skirt and shoulder straps, with a pretty button closure in back and flattering A-Line skirt (although I give you an option for a fuller skirt if you wish). The pattern has two different flower variations and a cord for the waist too, but have fun and add ribbons, bows and other decorative touches.

Simply adorable! love this and wish I had a baby granddaughter!
I bought your pattern for the summer fun dress and hat. Love them! I love the summer colors but can’t find them in the Comfy fingering weight at the Knit Picks website. The sport weight Comfy yarn has colors that look close to what you used. Am just wondering how I would adjust for sizing. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks much.
Thank you so much! You should be able to come very close to sizing with the sport weight too, you may have to adjust the hook size. The other option would be to do a test swatch with a smaller size and see if that will give you the combination you need.
