A few weeks ago I found out that my cousin was having twin baby girls. Well of course that knowledge gave me all the excuse I needed to pull out the pink baby yarn! I was inspired by pearls and lace and designed the blanket with rows of “pearls” offset by textured rows and the border adds the lace. For the new twins, I made them the “same” but not exact, by switching up the colors…white pearls for one, pink pearls for the other! I love them both and hope the new babies will love them too.
