I used Red Heart Super Saver for my projects (yes, the plural is a hint) because I had it in the colors I needed, but more importantly I think it will stand up nicely for these projects. Red Heart Super Saver is a great choice for so many projects because it is readily available in most craft stores, as well as on line directly from RedHeart.com, it’s easy care, holds up well, is soft but sturdy and comes in a huge range of colors! Of course you may use any worsted weight acrylic yarn you like and I’m sure even a worsted cotton would generate good results.
