Jennifer says,
I have many fond memories from when I was a young girl. I used to spend my days sitting next to my mom as she sewed new dresses for us both, for the holidays. I didn’t have a baby sister until I was almost 10 years old, so she used to make matching dresses for herself and I. This is what lead me to design a crochet poncho in both kid and adult sizes for the blog hop.
Wasilla Poncho
Jennifer is sharing her new Wasilla Poncho with us today, don’t you just love it? The colors are so rich and cozy and the repeating stitch pattern is soothing. Any woman would love this poncho.
Jennifer used LB Mandala, which is a #3 weight acrylic yarn, that comes in a wide range of beautiful colors and large 590 yard balls! All of that striping is courtesy of the yarn so this is a project that is relaxing and fun to make too!
