Tutorial: Blocking Crochet Squares
You’ve worked hard on your latest crochet square for an afghan or throw. You are ready to put it together and it may be tempting to skip the blocking step, but DON’T! Blocking will make it easier to match up squares for the joins but more importantly it gives your finished product a professional, polished look. It’s easy to do too! You can read about my favorite blocking mat kit here.
These kits are available in several colors (blue is my favorite) on Amazon — see my affiliate links:
Yellow   http://amzn.to/2nd8LIf
Green  http://amzn.to/2mWShlH
I’ve added a quick video tutorial to show you how to do it. I hope you enjoy this method.
